Die Alpen-Bundesliga ist die zweithöchste Liga des BMO-Länderverbunds Alpenliga.

Modus
Jedes der 12 Teams der Liga tritt in 2 Hin- und 2 Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der Alpen-Bundesliga an. Die Mannschaft mit den meisten Punkten aus allen Spielen wird Alpen-Bundesliga-Meister.
Aus der Alpen-Bundesliga steigen die ersten drei Mannschaften in die Alpen-Superliga auf und die letzten beiden Mannschaften ab. Ob die Absteiger tatsächlich aus dem Ligabetrieb genommen werden, entscheidet jedoch der Ligaleiter.
