Die GBI Premier League ist die höchste Spielklasse im GBI und seit der Saison 46 in das BMO-Universum integriert. Die Vorgängerligen waren:
Die GBI Premier League besteht aus 18 Vereinen. Jeder Verein der Liga tritt in Hin- und Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der Liga an. Die Mannschaft mit den meisten Punkten aus allen Spielen wird GBI-Meister, bei Punktgleichheit entscheidet das Torverhältnis. Ist auch dieses gleich, wird der Verein mit den mehr erzielten Toren Meister.
Aus der GBI Premier League steigen die letzten drei Mannschaften in die GBI Second League, die zweithöchste Spielklasse, ab.
