Der Alpen-Appennini-Pokal ist der Pokalwettbewerb des zur Saison 51 neu gegründeten Länderverbunds Alpe-Adria Liga. Startberechtigt sind die 32 Vereine der Liga Alpe-Adria A und der Liga Alpe-Adria B, ergänzt durch Klubs, die aktuell nicht mehr am Spielbetrieb teilnehmen.
Spielmodus
Gespielt wird im KO-System in fünf Runden: Vorrunde - Achtelfinale - Viertelfinale - Halbfinale - Finale. Der Sieger wird jeweils in einem Spiel ermittelt, das ggf. verlängert wird. Fällt auch in der Verlängerung keine Entscheidung, folgt ein Elfmeterschießen.
Das Finale findet abwechselnd in den vier Ländern des Länderverbund statt in der Reihenfolge Schweiz - Italien - Österreich - Liechtenstein.
Das Torkonto enthält zu Beginn des Wettbewerbs bei Erstligisten sechs, bei Zweitligisten fünf Tore. Nach dem Viertelfinale wird es um vier Tore aufgestockt.
