Der Westeuropa Pokal ist der Nachfolgewettbewerb des Benelux-Cups des Länderverbunds Benelux und des Coupe de France Frankreichs.
Spielmodus
Gespielt wird im KO-System in fünf Runden: Vorrunde - Achtelfinale - Viertelfinale - Halbfinale - Finale. Der Sieger wird jeweils in einem Spiel ermittelt, das ggf. verlängert wird. Fällt auch in der Verlängerung keine Entscheidung, folgt ein Elfmeterschießen.
Das Finale findet abwechselnd in den vier Ländern des Länderverbund statt in der Reihenfolge Niederlande - Frankreich - Luxemburg - Belgien.
Das Torkonto enthält zu Beginn des Wettbewerbs bei Erstligisten sechs, bei Zweitligisten fünf Tore. Nach dem Viertelfinale wird es um vier Tore aufgestockt.
