Die OSE-Bundesliga ist die zweithöchste Spielklasse im Länderverbund Ost- und Südosteuropa und seit der Saison 47 in das BMO-Universum integriert. Vorgängerligen waren

Jeder Verein der Liga tritt in Hin- und Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der 2. Liga an.
