Der Marktwert eines Spielers richtet sich nach der Stärke, dem Talent und dem Alter. Die Grundmarktwerte lassen sich an der folgenden Tabelle ablesen, die Markwert und das Grundgehalt (13% des Grundmarktwertes) angibt:
